The challenge

Madame Coco doubled its store count to more than 800 locations in Türkiye and international markets. Each new store had to be easy to find online, with the same correct details on every platform.

  • Fast listings. Each new store needed a listing on Google Maps, Apple Maps, Meta and Yandex.
  • Central management. Managing 800+ store profiles one by one was not possible.
  • Consistency. Hours, contact details, photos and services had to match everywhere.
  • Local search. Each store had to appear in local search and map results.

What VenueX did

Connect. VenueX connected the store database, a new-store onboarding flow, the Google, Apple Maps and Meta APIs, a Yandex feed, and review data for all locations. A new store is added once and appears on all platforms.

Fix and keep correct.

  • Google Business Profile, Apple Maps, Facebook pages and Yandex listings are managed from one place.
  • Hours, photos, descriptions and services are updated on all platforms at the same time.
  • Name, address and phone are the same on every platform.

Results

Direction requests grew 45%, website clicks grew 80% and calls grew 7×. People who ask for directions are close to a visit, so this growth is high-intent traffic.

Before VenueX, a new store meant manual profiles on 5 to 10 platforms. Now new stores go live on Google, Apple Maps, Meta and Yandex from one place.

Start with the gap that matters most.
