Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage the brand's social media strategy across multiple channels.(Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)

  • Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.

  • Manage the brand's online presence, i.e. website content creation and blogs.

  • Handle crisis management. Identify opportunities and potential crisis situations for the brand and take appropriate actions.

  • Represent the company in international and domestic meetings

  • Incorporate organic and paid social activities to maximize engagement.

  • Generate and organize creative ideas for brand events and execute them effectively. (Also in-house activity)

  • Plan, schedule, and publish posts, stories, and videos to optimize reach and engagement.

  • Create a monthly/annual content calendar, schedule regular posts, and promote content through social media advertising to ensure consistent branding.

  • Develop content plans for product launches, campaigns, events, and special dates, considering the marketing calendar and seasonality.

  • Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and provide regular reports to management.

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, deliver periodic reports with key insights and recommendations, and regularly share insights with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics & Administrative Sciences, Communication Sciences & Management Engineering, or a related discipline.

  • Graduate candidates, new graduates, or 1-2 years of experience

  • Deep understanding of measuring and increasing engagement across various platforms, including social channels(Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), blogs,

  • Good command of English

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

  • Likes to plan and wants to strengthen organizational skills

  • Love to do research and make competitor comparisons and draw meaningful conclusions

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data

  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and delivering results

  • Passion for technology, and innovation

  • Eager to learn, stretch your boundaries, adaptable to change, and willing to take on new challenges in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Must be a “DOer”, a curious learner
