Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and manage the brand's social media strategy across multiple channels.(Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok)
Stay updated with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
Manage the brand's online presence, i.e. website content creation and blogs.
Handle crisis management. Identify opportunities and potential crisis situations for the brand and take appropriate actions.
Represent the company in international and domestic meetings
Incorporate organic and paid social activities to maximize engagement.
Generate and organize creative ideas for brand events and execute them effectively. (Also in-house activity)
Plan, schedule, and publish posts, stories, and videos to optimize reach and engagement.
Create a monthly/annual content calendar, schedule regular posts, and promote content through social media advertising to ensure consistent branding.
Develop content plans for product launches, campaigns, events, and special dates, considering the marketing calendar and seasonality.
Analyze the long-term needs of the company's social media strategy and provide regular reports to management.
Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, deliver periodic reports with key insights and recommendations, and regularly share insights with stakeholders.
Requirements
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Economics & Administrative Sciences, Communication Sciences & Management Engineering, or a related discipline.
Graduate candidates, new graduates, or 1-2 years of experience
Deep understanding of measuring and increasing engagement across various platforms, including social channels(Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok), blogs,
Good command of English
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Likes to plan and wants to strengthen organizational skills
Love to do research and make competitor comparisons and draw meaningful conclusions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and delivering results
