# VenueX

VenueX is software and an operating team for multi-location retailers. It keeps store details, reviews and local inventory correct on the platforms where shoppers search, and it sends store sales to the ad platforms, so ad reports show what happens in stores. Software does the repeat work. The VenueX team owns the result with the brand, and changes go live after the brand approves them.

## The problem

There are two gaps between a retailer's stores and its ads.

### 1. The visibility gap

Most sales happen outside e-commerce, mostly in stores. In Türkiye, e-commerce was 19.3% of all trade in 2025, so about 80% of sales happened offline (Ministry of Trade of Türkiye, Türkiye’de E-Ticaretin Görünümü Raporu 2025: https://etbis.ticaret.gov.tr/tr/Post/postturkiyede-e-ticaretin-gorunumu-raporlari). Marketing teams plan and report on online sales. Store sales, most of the business, never reach the ad report, so the report says "n/a" for store sales.

### 2. The execution gap

Connecting store data once is not enough. Systems change, errors build up and ownership fades. Typical failures:

- A map pin moves away from the store, and ads still send people there.
- Store codes stop matching between the stock file and the store profile, and the item goes offline.
- One-star reviews stay without a reply.
- After a vendor change, the brand is locked out of its own store profiles.
- Anyone can suggest an edit to a store profile, for example a new phone number or "closed". If nobody rejects it, Google can apply it.

Anonymised findings from VenueX store audits:

- One store was 2.8 km from its map pin. Ads still sent people to the pin.
- 76 of 103 stores could not show local stock because the store codes did not match.
- About 12% of Google reviews had a reply, and about 27% were one-star.

## The store audit

The usual first step. VenueX checks the brand's store list against Google and returns one page with the gaps and the first fixes. No account access is needed. It checks:

- Website stores vs Google stores
- Profiles the brand does not own
- Duplicate profiles
- Stores shown as closed
- Pins in the wrong place
- Stores with no reviews
- Reply rate
- Stores below 3 stars

## Modules

| Module | What VenueX does | Platforms | Page |
|---|---|---|---|
| Store presence | Keeps hours, phones, descriptions and map pins correct | Google, Apple Maps, Meta, Yandex | https://www.venuex.io/platform/store-presence |
| Customer feedback | One inbox for every store's Google reviews; workflows alert each review's owner by topic, store or region, by email, Microsoft Teams or Slack; reply drafts in the brand's tone wait for approval | Google | https://www.venuex.io/platform/reviews |
| Local inventory | Shows store stock to nearby shoppers with the right store code | Google, Meta | https://www.venuex.io/platform/local-inventory |
| Online-to-offline measurement | Sends store sales to ad platforms every day; offline ROAS next to online ROAS | Google Ads, Meta, TikTok | https://www.venuex.io/platform/offline-conversions |
| VenueX AI (Beta) | Answers questions about stores, reviews and ad results, then prepares the change: store fields and review replies, for one store or many, live after approval | In the VenueX platform | https://www.venuex.io/platform/venuex-ai |

## How it works

1. Connect: the brand's systems send data to one place by SFTP, API or file: a store list from Excel or ERP, stock from ERP or e-commerce, sales from POS or CRM.
2. Fix: VenueX resolves data issues such as store code mismatches, wrong pins, duplicates and feed errors.
3. Measure: store visits, directions, calls, ratings and store sales, with offline ROAS next to online ROAS where the platform supports it.
4. Improve: priorities are agreed with the brand, changes go live after approval, and results are checked again.

Accounts on Google, Apple Maps, Meta, Yandex and the ad platforms stay owned by the brand. VenueX works through partner or OAuth access.

## Frequently asked questions

### Is VenueX a tool or a service?
Both. The brand gets the software, and the VenueX team takes on the work: daily sales uploads, feed fixes, store updates and review reply drafts. Changes go live after the brand's approval.

### How is VenueX priced?
Pricing is set for each customer. It depends on the modules used and the number of stores. There is no setup fee.

### Which platforms are supported?
Store presence on Google, Apple Maps, Meta and Yandex. Review replies on Google. Local inventory on Google and Meta. Store sales on Google Ads, Meta and TikTok.

### How are store sales connected to ads?
The brand's POS or CRM sends store sales by SFTP, API or file. The brand hashes personal data with SHA-256 before sending it. VenueX cleans the data, matches store codes and uploads it to Google Ads, Meta and TikTok through their official APIs. The platforms do the matching.

### Does VenueX need access to the brand's ERP or CRM?
No. The brand sends data by SFTP, API or file.

### Is VenueX KVKK and GDPR compliant?
VenueX works as the brand's data processor under KVKK and GDPR. A DPA is available on request. The brand hashes email, phone and name with SHA-256 before sending them, so VenueX does not receive raw contact data. Hashed data is still personal data, so the brand's legal team approves the data flow.
